Liptionary believes in accountability and accepts the following returns/instances; defective, damaged or stolen products. All returns will be handled on a case by case basis and are refundable if items are deemed as such during our thorough investigation. These issues must be reported within 7 days of receiving the damaged item. Items that are defective or damaged must be returned within 14 business days.
Liptionary products will be shipped out with a tracking number. If an item is reported stolen we will thoroughly research with shipper and open a claim before determining if a refund will be issued. The customer will be notified immediately via email of the next steps regarding a resolution.
